We are very proud of the achievements of looked after children and young people in Bolton.
 
We recognise that all children achieve at different levels. Getting to school on time is a major achievement for some children; passing 3 A levels is a major achievement for others.
 
Anyone working with these young people (teachers, social workers, learning mentors, carers, residential social workers, etc) can recommend them for a financial reward and/or a Certificate of Achievement.
 
Please complete the downloadable form above and send it to virtualschool@bolton.gov.uk On the back of the form, there is a guide to how much can according to age.
 
 All applications should be discussed and agreed at the young person's PEP meeting.
 
IF MONEY RATHER THAN A VOUCHER IS REQUESTED, YOUNG PEOPLE MUST HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED. PLEASE CHECK THIS AND THEIR CORRECT NAMES WITH THEIR SOCIAL WORKER.
