You can go in any library in Bolton and ask for an ICT ticket and you don't need any ID!
 
The ICT ticket allows you to book on to a computer and you can also borrow two books from the library.

Positive Chances is the new, lottery-funded project run in partnership with Bolton Wanderers Community Trust. It replaces the Kickstart project, and focuses more on group activities with the opportunity to gain skills and qualifications.
